Since 1992, we have worked very hard to grow our service business and become the best bicycle service department in northern New England. We were awarded #1 in Service by the Boston Tab in 2004, and we will continue to provide you with the best service available. Awarded Best of NH in 2015, and Best in the Seacoast in 2022, you can also benefit from our expert service at both our locations in Portsmouth, NH and Wellesley, MA.
We employ seasoned, professional bicycle mechanics who will take care to tune up your bicycle and make it a smooth sailing machine! We also do custom bike builds, pro wheel builds, hydraulic brake bleeds, suspension services, as well as complete bicycle overhauls.
When you bring your bicycle to us for maintenance or repair, our friendly, professionally trained technicians will assess your bike's needs and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate. Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands.

Papa tunes are complimentary (1 per year) for the first three years after the purchase of a new bike at Papa Wheelies. Be sure to schedule them during the off-season (October through February) to take advantage of this deal. We need to charge $45 (half the Annual Tune Up price) during our busy months (March through September) for bicycles purchased from Papa Wheelies within the last three years. Papa Tunes only apply to bikes purchased new here, and only to the original owner.
Tune ups cover standard adjustments & maintenance: they do not include the cost of any replacement components and the labor to install them. Some components need to be replaced on a regular basis (chains, tires, etc).
